Santa Spritz

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Vodka (or substitute with gin for a botanical flavor)
    • 1 oz Pomegranate juice
    • 1 oz Cranberry juice
    • 1/2 oz Elderflower liqueur (adds floral sweetness)
    • Top with Sparkling water or Prosecco
    • Garnish: Sugared cranberries, sprig of rosemary, and a twist of orange peel

Steps

  1. Fill a shaker with ice and add vodka, pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, and elderflower liqueur. Shake well.
  2. Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with sparkling water or Prosecco for a festive fizz.
  4. Garnish with sugared cranberries, a sprig of rosemary, and a twist of orange peel for a holiday finish.
