When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation. All orders received before 12pm EST are processed on the same day, while orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.

How do i track my order?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, please contact Support@soing.org and provide your order number, billing last name, and either your email address or zip code.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Currently, we do not offer exchanges.

What if my product arrived damaged?

We apologize that your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition.

If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll assist you in arranging a return, replacement, refund, or credit.

Please report any damaged items within 7 days of delivery. Contact Support@soing.org and include your order number, and we’ll get back to you with the next steps.

What happens if there's been a delivery mishap to my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email within 1-2 days of placing your order. Use it to track your shipment.

Check out and Payments?

We accept PayPal and will only charge you after your order ships. Please click the “Place Order” button only once to avoid multiple authorizations.

Did you just place an order and already see a charge on your bank account? This is an “authorization,” a standard bank practice to verify sufficient funds and account authenticity. Depending on your bank, the authorization typically clears within 48–72 hours. If you’d like to expedite the process, contact your credit card’s issuing bank.

Please note: You can use multiple gift cards per order, but we are unable to split payments between multiple credit cards. We do not accept checks, cash, or money orders online.

If you received an error message after clicking “Place Order,” there may be an issue with the billing or shipping information entered. Please double-check that the billing details match exactly with what your credit card provider has on file. This includes the cardholder’s name, billing address, card number, expiration date, and CSV code.

For PayPal payment questions, please log into your PayPal account and contact their customer care.
